Lauren Kajander, known by her nickname KJ, is originally from New Hampshire but has lived in New York City, Hawaii, Indonesia, Italy, and Nashville before proudly calling Southern California home. Having lived and worked in diverse locations, she has had the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life. These experiences have sharpened her ability to communicate
effectively, navigate different perspectives, and negotiate with confidence.

With a background in interior design and house flipping, KJ has a natural eye for uncovering a home's hidden potential and envisioning its future beauty. Her experience in property management and leasing has refined her ability to understand what makes a space truly feel like a home. Combined with her real estate expertise, she is passionate about helping clients find not just a property but a place where they can thrive.

Outside of real estate, KJ has a deep love for animals, especially her soul dog, Indie Blue. She enjoys soaking up live music of all genres and dancing the night away with a little two-step or line dancing. Living in Southern California, she takes every opportunity to spend time at the beach, but above all, she treasures time with family and friends, who mean the world to her.
